The first-ever panelboard and suppression/filtering offering, Current Technology’s practical, proven EGP® is the industry’s most-utilized electronic panelboard. EGPs permit customer selection of major panelboard brand and specification of breaker layout. Today, more EGPs are installed in mission-critical facilities worldwide than all competing electronic panelboards combined, and the EGP remains the global standard for comprehensive distribution system protection.
Preferred by more electrical contractors, Current Technology’s popular “Can Ahead” program allows EGP cabinets to be shipped to the jobsite in advance of the interior. UL 67 and UL 1449 Listed as a complete electronic panelboard, EGPs feature a 200% rated copper neutral bus, isolated ground and safety bus and optional StatusWatch diagnostic monitoring with disturbance counters. Electronic Grade Panelboards — including breakers as well as suppression filter module — are completely covered by Current Technology’s Five Year Warranty.
In addition to the original EGP®, Current Technology offers more electronic panelboard alternatives than any other manufacturer. Logical EGPE Panelboard Extensions permit the quick and easy addition of Current Technology’s UL 1449 Listed suppression and UL 1283 Listed filtering to electric panelboards at the jobsite. Mounted at the top, bottom or adjacent to virtually any panelboard, EGPE Panelboard Extensions feature indicating lights and may be specified with StatusWatch diagnostic monitoring.
